These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Prime Loft website and the provision of our construction services. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us before proceeding.

"Company" means Prime Loft Ltd, registered in England and Wales. "Client" means the individual or entity engaging our services. "Services" means loft conversion and associated construction services. "Contract" means the written fixed-price contract signed by both parties. "Works" means the physical construction works described in the Contract.
By accessing and using the primeloft.co.uk website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The website is provided for information purposes. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty about the completeness or accuracy of the content. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the website at any time without notice.
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A Contract comes into existence only when a signed agreement has been exchanged and any required deposit received. Our fixed-price quotations include all costs as itemised. No variation orders will be raised without the prior written agreement of the Client.
Payment is structured in stages as detailed in your individual Contract, typically linked to project milestones. All payments are due within 7 days of the relevant milestone being reached. Late payments may attract interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
All completed works are covered by a 10-year structural warranty as detailed in your Contract and the separate Warranty document. We maintain full public liability insurance, employers' liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. Certificates are available on request.
All designs, drawings, plans and documentation produced by Prime Loft Ltd remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, design rights are assigned to the Client in respect of the specific project.
Our total liability to you in connection with Services shall not exceed the total value of your Contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on our website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
