Five Stages to Your New Space

We believe you should know exactly what happens at every stage of your loft conversion — no mysteries, no jargon, no surprises. Here is our complete process from the moment you call us to the day we hand over your new space.

Free Home Survey

An experienced surveyor visits your property at a time that suits you — evenings and weekends included. We assess your roof structure, measure the space, check headroom, review party wall implications, and identify any planning constraints specific to your address. The survey takes 60–90 minutes and is completely free with no obligation.

Fixed-Price Quotation

Within a few days of your survey you receive a detailed fixed-price quotation. Not a ballpark figure — the exact price you will pay, covering structural engineering, architectural drawings, all planning and Building Regulations applications, all materials, all labour, and your 10-year structural warranty. Our price never changes between quotation and handover.

Design & Planning Approvals

Your dedicated project manager is assigned and design begins. Our in-house architects produce full architectural drawings. Our structural engineers produce Building Regulations calculations. We manage all communications with your local authority and submit planning and Building Regulations applications on your behalf.

The Build

Our specialist in-house construction team — not subcontractors — carries out the full build. Most conversions take 6–10 weeks on site. Your project manager visits daily, oversees every stage, and is available by phone throughout. Building inspector sign-off is obtained at all required stages.

Snagging, Sign-off & Handover

Before we leave site we conduct a full snagging inspection with you — reviewing every detail. We address every item on the snagging list before considering the job complete. On handover day we issue your Building Regulations Completion Certificate and your 10-year structural warranty documents.
