Verifiable portfolio of completed loft conversions in London — with inspected, signed-off projects you can evidence
Valid public liability insurance of minimum £5 million
Registration with FMB, NHBC, or equivalent recognised industry body
Your own stable, experienced construction team — not reliant on ad-hoc labour
Technical competency in all aspects of residential loft conversion: steel installation, party wall compliance, fire safety, Building Regulations
Commitment to programme — starting on agreed dates and communicating proactively about any changes
Active in London — available for projects across at least one of: North, South, East, West or Central London
